TCM Medicinal Kicthen Project - Orientationn

This workshop series blend Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with culinary arts, offering hands-on cooking experiences and farm activities. The project will use the 24 solar terms (二十四節氣) as a timeframe to introduce and use seasonal produce to create healthy meals for the body and soul.
