The spring edition of Echos of China Ensemble’s Music & Healing Experience centers on the Jue tone (角音) from the Five-Tone system in Traditional Chinese Medicine, associated with spring and the rising energy of renewal.
Through live guzheng and traditional wind instruments, the performance unfolds as a continuous 45-minute sonic journey shaped by breath, resonance, and subtle tonal movement. The experience invites deep listening and gentle attunement to the rhythms of the season.
