Dr. Li is a licensed clinical psychologist and leadership performance coach dedicated to reducing mental health stigma and increasing access to care through both clinical work and community programs. She founded a group practice of over ten colleagues, and her areas of focus include anxiety, self-doubt, procrastination, intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
For more than 15 years, she has worked in NYC’s immigrant communities—designing youth programs in Chinatown, conducting doctoral research in a Chinese-speaking recovery program, and serving as founding Board Chair of the Center for All Abilities, a nonprofit supporting neurodiverse Asian youth.
Bilingual in Chinese and shaped by her experiences living in Hong Kong and England, Dr. Li brings a deep sensitivity to cultural issues. She has trained in demanding clinical settings such as Bellevue Hospital and continues to mentor clinical trainees, lead mental wellness and parenting support groups for local nonprofits, and serve on the Board of the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families.
